Portraits here I come!

 This is a pieces that I did of my oldest daughter Brin. It was my first time sitting down and really concentrating

 I work at a youth crisis center where I have little time to draw. I started drawing the kids as they sat and played games but they would move way too much and the pictures came out funny looking. So, I started drawing the pictures of their family members from their albums. The piece above is of one of the boys little brothers. It is drawn with a #2 pencil and blended with my finger. I was able to do this in just a few hours. 

Here is a work in progress. Its a shot of my daughter Brin at 3 years old I will post the finished piece as soon as it is done.
